Management roles are essential in all organisations.  Studying management as part of your JCU Bachelor of Business means you'll learn about entrepreneurship, motivation and leadership. Your studies will enable you to translate theory into practice as you develop an operations managment solution for an exisiting, real business. You'll understand how to identify the best people for the job and how to motivate, develop and direct people in the workplace. For enhanced expertise, students may combine Management with a second major such as Marketing, International Business or Hospitality and Tourism Management.
