Bridging English Entry Program (BEEP)
The Bridging English Entry Program (BEEP) is for students with a Conditional Offer Letter to James Cook University Brisbane who require further English study before commencing university studies.
It is a full time course where students study 25 hours in class at the JCU Brisbane campus. This gives students the opportunity to learn in a university environment ensuring smoother transition into tertiary studies.
Ongoing one-on-one assistance is provided to students experiencing language difficulties with projects, assignments and transitional issues.
Students are also given full access to all JCU Brisbane facilities, including a fully functional computer room with internet access and word processing capabilities, as well as the recreational hub, featuring spacious lounge areas, vending machines and designated study zones.
Depending on the student's needs, BEEP is available in 10, 15 or 20 weeks duration.
